But as the way a place stays in your head after you’ve left.

A palace seen from a boat.

Steps disappearing into water.

A fort gate opening onto a road.

953 windows bleeding into trees and colour.

The collection takes these familiar architectural landmarks and redraws them through different visual languages — watercolour, silhouette, abstraction and hand-drawn marks.

Each garment feels like a page from a sketchbook.

Something seen. Something remembered. Something written down before the page was closed.

Design Description:

Back carries Hawa Mahal, Jaipur — not photographed, not replicated.

Sketched.

Loose silhouettes in soft pinks and blues overlap across the building. Domes and arched windows dissolve into blooming trees. A patterned sun sits behind it all.

The image feels remembered rather than referenced.

Built to last sits above it in handwritten script.

Hawa Mahal was built in 1799, with its many small windows allowing women of the royal court to observe the city without being seen.

The architecture is held quietly in the illustration — the building doesn’t quite end, and the trees don’t quite begin.
