Delivery Attempts

If the order remains undelivered due to incorrect address details or repeated failed delivery attempts, it may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Damaged Package
If your package appears damaged upon arrival:
- Please record an unboxing video before opening the package.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share your order number along with photos or videos of the damaged package.
This helps us resolve the issue quickly.
